Access to Environmental Justice: A Source on Environmental Rights and Legal Remedies
The creation of the Sourcebook was conducted in conjunction with a Capacity Assessment Report on Environmental Justice, both of which are the products of the project entitled “Development of Framework and Capacity Assessment on Environmental Justice.” The Sourcebook outline was presented to the participants of the various focus group discussions consisting of representatives from government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and peoples’ organizations. The draft was subsequently subjected to consultation with a panel of editors. In this light, the Research, Publications, and Linkages Office of the Philippine Judicial Academy and the Program Management Office of the Supreme Court would like to thank the following persons/agencies for their invaluable contribution to the creation of the Sourcebook:
